Clear terms for working with NexBuildX

By accessing nexbuildx.com or engaging NexBuildX for services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

Project-specific work may also be governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement. Where those conflict with these Terms, the signed project agreement controls for that engagement.

NexBuildX provides digital marketing and technology services including — but not limited to — website development, SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, branding, graphic design, video editing, content writing, ecommerce builds and related consulting.

Service scope, timeline, deliverables and fees are defined in your proposal or invoice. Free tools on the site (such as brand audits) are informational and not a substitute for a paid engagement.

Prices shown on the website (including PKR packages) are indicative starting points and may change based on scope. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable according to the schedule in your proposal. Late payment may pause delivery. Fees already paid for completed milestones are generally non-refundable.

You agree to provide timely access, content, approvals, logins and feedback needed to deliver the work. Delays on the client side may shift timelines.

You confirm you have the rights to materials you supply (logos, copy, images, data) and that using them will not infringe third-party rights.

Until full payment is received, NexBuildX retains ownership of work product created for you. After full payment, you receive ownership or a license as specified in your proposal for final approved deliverables.

We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before project kickoff.

Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries and internal processes remain NexBuildX property.

Digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our sole control — market competition, platform algorithms, budgets, offer quality and seasonality. We do not guarantee specific rankings, ROAS, lead volumes or revenue unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to break security, scrape content at scale, spam forms/chat, or use our tools for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access if we detect abuse.

Campaigns and builds may rely on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.). Their terms apply separately. Outages or policy changes on those platforms are outside NexBuildX control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexBuildX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the site or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement as outlined in the project agreement. Upon termination, you pay for work completed and approved expenses through the termination date. Access to unfinished work may be withheld until balances are cleared.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; failing resolution, courts in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes for active clients will be communicated when required.
